Conference Committees — URUCON 2026 Leadership

Overall conference coordination is led by the General Chair together with the Co Vice Chairs, who support strategy, execution, and cross-committee alignment.

Defines session architecture, technical agenda flow, and speaker balance for the full conference program.

Leads student participation initiatives, volunteer engagement, and activities tailored for early-career attendees.

Operates venue readiness, participant flow, onsite coordination, and day-by-day execution logistics.

Supervises budget planning, expense controls, financial reporting, and coordination with funding partners.
