Everything you need to know once your paper has been accepted — deadlines, formats and rules for oral and poster presentations.
General
Instructions for Authors
Final paper submission deadline: October 31, 2026 · 23:59 (UTC−3).
Check whether your presentation is oral or poster, and which session you have been assigned to.
Slide/poster upload deadline: November 10, 2026 · 23:59 (UTC−3).
All slides and posters must be in English.
There is no template for slides or posters, but please include the congress visual identity. The congress logo can be downloaded from this page.
Only PDF files will be accepted.
Papers not presented in the assigned format will be recorded as a no-show and will not be published in any form.
Slides upload · Mandatory
Oral Presentations
- Each oral presentation slot is 20 minutes: 15 minutes for your talk and 5 minutes for questions. Please prepare your slides accordingly.
- Slides must be in landscape format with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
- You may speak in Spanish or English, but your slides must be in English.
- Uploading your slides is mandatory.
Poster upload · Optional
Poster Presentations
- Posters must be A0 size in portrait orientation.
- The organisers will not print posters. Please print your own and bring it to the conference.
- Uploading your poster is optional and serves only as a backup.
